I had a deeply concerning experience with IMS Fund LLC, also known as Imperial Advance and now Funderial. Despite not receiving any communication regarding payments or defaults, I discovered that they had shared my personal information, including my social security number bank account and password , with my previous customers. I advise caution when dealing with this company due to their handling of sensitive information and lack of proper communication.
